Polish Youth Space Launched – A New Chapter for Youth in Kwidzyn!
We are excited to announce that the Polish Youth Space has officially launched, with Stowarzyszenie Akwedukt leading the way in creating safe, inclusive, and empowering environments for young people in Poland!
What is the Safe Youth Space? It is a dedicated “safe haven” where young people (aged 13–30) can feel at home, regardless of their background. In Kwidzyn, this initiative is brought to life by Akwedukt’s long-standing expertise in international volunteering and local youth activation. It’s a place to learn, create, and build meaningful relationships without judgment.
What’s happening at the Youth Space in Kwidzyn? Stowarzyszenie Akwedukt offers a unique blend of local energy and international flair:
- A Multi-Cultural Hub: Meet volunteers from across the globe! Thanks to the European Solidarity Corps (ESC), the Youth Space is a melting pot of cultures, offering language animations, intercultural workshops, and global perspectives right in the heart of Kwidzyn.
- Empowerment Through Action: From the Kwidzyn Youth Initiative Fund (KFIM) to hands-on social projects, we give you the tools and funding to turn your own ideas into reality -whether it’s a mural, a charity match, or a creative workshop.
- A Place to Just “Be”: Sometimes you just need a spot to hang out. Our Youth Space at Kościuszki 35 is open for board game marathons, creative sessions, or a quick, healthy cooking workshop.
Our Mission Together with the Safe Youth Space network, Stowarzyszenie Akwedukt is committed to fostering a healthy, democratic, and open society. We believe that by providing a safe physical and emotional space, we empower the next generation of leaders, creators, and active citizens.
